Payment for services can be made via Paypal (Paypal ID info@carriebattley.com) or Bank Transfer. Please contact me for further details.

All services require advance payment.

For those wanting a Phone/Zoom/WhatsApp, Teaching or Coaching session, I ask that you contact me to arrange a suitable date/time.

Email readings will be responded to within 14 working days of receiving payment.

TERMS OF BOOKING:

  1. The time allocated for your one-to-one reading is not flexible. If you arrive late, the session will be reduced according to what time is left.
  2. Changes to your original booking (date and time) are only possible once. These must be requested with at least 24 hours notice, in writing to info@carriebattley.com.
  3. Refunds are only possible if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given in writing to info@carriebattley.com.
  4. I reserve the right to change one-to-one booking dates/times, where necessary and will coordinate with you directly if the need for a reschedule occurs. 
  5. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that spiritual readings of any kind are an experiment and results cannot be guaranteed.
